El volumen principal con techos inclinados y desarrollado en dos plantas, alberga los espacios comunes; la recepcion, un estar-living con un amplio hogar a lena, el bar-comedor, el area de servicios y la vivienda de los propietarios.
Como reflejo de la topografia del terreno montanoso, se escalonan hacia uno de los lados las ocho suites, que tambien fueron disenadas a dos plantas, contando las de la planta alta con un entrepiso, rematado con una amplia lucerna con vista al bosque.
