At 5 minutes of the base of the Cerro Cathedral through a scenic road.
At 5 minutes of links of Arelauquen Golf & Country Club.
At 5 minutes of the Cerro Otto.
At 5 minutes of the route 258 which takes us to the city of El Bolson through a scenic road next to the Lake Gutierrez and  Lake Mascardi, connecting  to the access  to Cerro Tronador.
The Gutierrez Lake is part of the lake basin of the Lake Nahuel Huapi.
In the lake we can find what all the fishermen of the world look for: the trout in its varieties brown and rainbow trout.
The forests of native Cypresses and Coihues as well as small concentrations of Arrayanes give Lake Gutierrez an espectacular sight. It is an area where you can see with Cauquenes, Bandurrias, Gulls and a strange bird called Fio-Fio.
The majestic flight of a pair of Condors becomes a daily experience.
